The Director's main role is the general management of the Centre, which includes strategic guidance, financial management, responsibility for regional contracts, data management and quality assurance.
Ifor is based at the Bangor office.
TThe main role of the Deputy Director is to lead and manage the training programme for Centre Tutors, monitor and improve the quality of the provision across the region, and deputise for the Director.
Haydn is based at Bangor.
The Data Manager's main role is to set up and maintain systems for data collection and checking, to work closely together with all providers in the region and to manage the Centre's overall use of information technology.
Gary is based at Bangor.
The Communication Officer's main responsibilities are to lead on the Centre's marketing activities and to develop a programme of informal learning activities offered by North Wales' Welsh for Adults providers, and to promote and develop additional provision by the Centre's various partners.
Siwan is based in Bangor.
The Researcher is responsible for the day to day operation of the Centre's research project which looks at and monitors the progress, experience and various attitudes of 1000 learners throughout the north Wales region.
The Training and Quality Officer's main responsibility is to assist the Deputy Director to arrange and deliver the Centre's training plan for tutors and to develop and implement quality assurance procedures across the region.
Sian is based in Bangor
The Office Manager's main responsibility is to manage the Centre's accounting and staffing matters in co-operation with the Centre's Director. Also to manage and co-ordinate the Centre's administrative work and ensure the effective administration of certain projects such as annual observations, examinations and the bursary fund.
Ellen is based in Bangor
The Secretary's main role is to be a first point of contact for the public, to give advice and assistance and also to offer internal support to Centre staff with day to day administrative work.
Ceri is based at Bangor.
The main responsibility of the Project Assistant is to help with arranging two important events in the Centre's calendar.
Elen is based in Bangor.
